And you get 45-day aged steaks, full open bar, beautiful upscale decor and overall a very nice experience. I was just there last night and they were pretty full.

Cafe Muscat Submitted by: Barbara on May 2nd 2007 One of our favorites, like a little piece of Israel here in Queens. Servers are pleasant, food consistently tasty.
Reply #1 submitted by: Leah on Jun 5th 2007 We like the food at Muscat but the service is indifferent to just plain awful. The staff is nice but unattentive, untrained and consistently forgeting items requested. It is very frustrating that the owners and management can't train these folks to wait tables properly.

Prime Grill Beverly Hills Submitted by: H. Rhee on May 1st 2007 Basic service and accomodities (i.e. water service, taking away empty glasses/plates) was not efficient and timely. The service was mediocre and the food was not placed properly because the runner did not know position numbers. I was not thrilled about the overall service.

LAS VEGAS KOSHER RESTAURANTS Submitted by: ROBERT WEIL on Apr 23rd 2007 Could you please publish an updated COMPLETE list of Las Vegas kosher Restaurants. Also I have read about a Deli that has opened at the New York New York Casino. Is it actually Kosher or just Kosher Style? I am sending you this from Australia and would appreciate the information in the next 4 weeks as I will be in Las Vegas for 3 weeks from June. Thank You
Reply #1 submitted by: Elan Kornblum, Publisher on Apr 24th 2007 You will fine an updated list of the 4 kosher restaurants in Las Vegas on this website.
In Las Vegas, there are 4 sit-down kosher restaurants and 1 pizza store (we don't feature pizza stores on this site). I have not heard of any deli kosher restaurant in the New York New York Casino.
If you are going to be in Vegas, it is a good idea to touch base with the Chabad of Las Vegas: Their website is: www.chabadlv.org

Submitted by: Zalman Timkin on Apr 22nd 2007 Dear Elan,
Why don't you list other kosher restaurants? Isn't it sort of misleading that you only list a few? Do you charge restaurants to be listed? How much do you charge?
-Zalman
Reply #1 submitted by: Elan Kornblum, Publisher on Apr 22nd 2007 Thank you Zalman for your question and interest.
First off, we feature over 175 top kosher restaurants from around the world - I wouldn't call that a few.
Second, the fact is that there are literally hundreds of kosher restaurants websites out there with just "listings" for people to view. Usually you get the name, number and address and many times that info is outdated. 4 years ago, I decided to take a different approach and based on our #3 top-ranking on Google I would say it was a smart one.
On our site you will mostly see fine dining, waiter-service restaurants with stunning color photos, full menus, articles, etc. We do not feature pizza stores, fast food restaurants or the equivalant of 1-star restaurants.
Our restaurants are selected based on recommendations from reliable sources, ratings, reviews, as well as our own dining experiences and yes, are charged a small fee to be included to maintain the design and quality of both the magazine and website.
We take pride in that our magazine is the most upscale and beautfiul magazine ever produced in the Jewish market - after all, it sells in Barnes & Noble Bokstores. And the same goes for the website - I believe we are the nicest kosher restaurant website out there and 2 million hits a month seems to prove that.
If you have a restaurant and are interested in being featured please email me.
Thank you.
