Cafe Trevi provides exemplary service and delicious fare in a rustic and romantic setting. A perfect spot for those looking for a neighborhood restaurant that offers white tablecloths and fine dining, this eatery presents a welcoming, friendly environment with unmatched sophisticated style. Conveniently nestled on the Upper East Side, folks come from all over to dine here.

Patrons are greeted and shown to their tables by the gracious owners, whose "nothing we can't do" attitude is evident from the very beginning. "We treat people not as customers, but as guests in our own home", state the owners. Exposed brick walls and a decorative arrangement of flowers on the tables make guests at Café Trevi feel like they are in a foreign sanctuary, outside the bustle of the Upper
East Side.

The Zagat Survey declares that "this reliable old standby is maintaining its' service and food standards." After 19 years, this is truly a terrific feat. Freshly prepared specials, such as an appetizer of sautéed portobello mushrooms, and baby artichokes with pancetta, are two mouth-watering ways to start the evening. Poussan - baby chicken with portobellos prepared in a red wine sauce - and a Veal Chop in cognac sauce with sautéed fresh tomato - are winners among the dedicated clientele.

The extensive wine list at Café Trevi boasts a variety of super Tuscans, and the homemade desserts round out a truly fabulous dining experience. When all is said and done, this is where to dine on fresh Italian fare served in a charming and cozy environment.
