Lutèce - the name evokes elegance, grace, luxury and refinement. Since 1961, a discerning clientele has made Lutece the destination for an exceptional dining experience. The restaurant offers a variety of settings including Le Jardin, which is the main dining room, and two unique private rooms on the second floor of a townhouse appointed with hand-gilded suede walls and crystal chandeliers to create the perfect intimate setting for guest's enjoyment.

Along with the restaurant's 41 years of culinary excellence comes a fabulous makeover, a young and innovative new chef, and an exciting yet still traditional menu. Lutece is proud to offer tasting menus which consist of a two or three-course dinner prix fix that includes a seasonal selection of appetizer, entree and dessert. Caviar Soup, an appetizer with Madeleine Island bay scallops, cauliflower mousseline and poached quail egg is a fine example of the creative dishes that are presented. For a main course, Sautéed Partridge, with poached foie gras and wrapped in a chard leaf, braised Savoy cabbage, grapes and fennel is a popular choice among the faithful clientele.

There are three remarkable dining rooms at Lutece. Le Petit Salon faces south with a high ceiling and displays three remarkable windows. A crystal chandelier illuminates this intimate room with color and warmth. Le Grand Salon, the largest private room, has a carved marble fireplace and balcony overlooking Le Jardin, the main dining hall. This room evokes an elegant garden atmosphere. Topiary trees and a cathedral like ceiling create a classic feel.

Ark Restaurants is pleased to announce the marking of 41 years of outstanding service and four-star cuisine at the world-renowned, French restaurant Lutèce.
