With large, stylish dining rooms with inviting tones of beige and vibrant red, plush carpeting, tile accents, granite tables, comfortable booths, a lounge area, and high ceilings, Trento makes a strong statement. Owner Emilio Branchinelli along with his sons, Max and Lorenzo, who were born into the business, and partner Anthony Greco offers Italian cuisine with a unique twist...old school meets new school. Lorenzo and Max are proud that their grandfather, Oreste Conti, who comes from a long line of pastry chefs, is in the restaurant everyday making the desserts. They are also proud of the fact that some of the recipes were brought here by family members.
Executive Chef Tom Avallone and Chef Leonardo DeFelice head the kitchen where everything is made from scratch and large portions of delicious homemade pasta reign supreme. House specialties include their 16 oz. Kobe beef meatball, long bone rib eye steak, and troffolini, little pasta purses of ricotta and pear drizzled with truffle oil (these have become the talk of the town!). Of course, end your meal with one of grandpa Oreste’s fabulous desserts.
The service is friendly and knowledgeable at Trento and Chef Tom personally visits every table to make sure customers are happy. There’s always an owner in the restaurant and they have developed a great relationship with all their customers.
