The new ToA (Taste Of Asia) restaurant in Farmingdale is a strikingly beautiful large space inside, and a spacious dining patio outside. The main dining room is divided into different sections decorated with warm woodwork and large comfortable booths. Unique circular Asian artwork is prominently on display, and there are two private party rooms for your special events.

  
ToA has a modern approach in defining Asian fusion.  It’s an exciting place to enjoy fine Asian cuisines, exotic dishes from China, Japan, Thailand, Korea, Malaysia and Vietnam. Dining here is like visiting the cuisines of a half dozen Asian countries, each with its own unique qualities,
all expertly prepared and beautifully presented as culinary works of art. The bar offers specialty drinks including hibiscus lemonade, cucumber martini, and mango jalapeno margaritas. In addition there are premium cold sakes, craft beers on tap, and an extensive list of international wines, many available by the glass. Service is knowledgeable, courteous and efficient by a caring waitstaff. 

ToA was one of the first on Long Island to offer a Poke Menu where you can build your own bowl. Choose from many different categories like rice, noodles, salad; tuna, chicken, organic tofu; mix-ins like edamame and hijiki seaweed; choose a flavor like citrus ponzu, sesame ginger, wasabi dressing; and toppings like onion crisps, masago, shredded nori, and spicy furikake, just to name a few. The food here is amazing, so delicious with unusual and surprising flavors and textures. Specialties are Chinese Dim Sum, Japanese Sushi Rolls, Thai Red Curry Chicken, Korean Grilled Baby Spare Ribs, and Pineapple Fried Rice. A raw bar offers delicacies like Kumamoto oysters, aji, live umi, and live scallops.
