FATHER'S DAY

Dad needs a beer…

Why limit Father’s Day to just one day? Grab a New York State beer on tap with Dad at Eli’s Night Shift any day of the week and savor the little things with him. He’ll thank you for introducing him to the Night Shift Burger, and what Time Out New York called "one of the best bars on the Upper East Side".

Eli's List

In a lighter mood…

Warm weather brings lots of new wines to Eli’s List. Our serious relationship with the wines of Burgundy and Piedmont, does not diminish, but summer romances are not unheard of. We may flirt with peppery cabernet francs from the Loire or bright garnachas from Madrid; Mineral caricantes from Mount Etna and savory albariños from Galicia, especially with grilled fish. And then of course, Rosé and it’s irresistible allure. Visit us for brilliant wine discoveries.

Eli’s Flowers

Eli’s Flower Power Team

This is a great time to be outdoors and the Eli’s flower power team, led by Sarah Wright, is right there with you – enthusiastic and knowledgeable, these women are ready to help you make summer one long garden party. Local blooms are one of the great pleasures of the season and this is where you’ll find them worked into bouquets for giving and gifting (and for spoiling yourself with, too!)

 What's on Eli's Mind

I start saying "Spring is in the air…" on the first warm day in February and I keep it up till it comes true. A sort of fake-it-till- you-make-it season inducer. At this point any sign of the warmer weather ahead can thrill me—asparagus and rhubarb in the produce department, the arrival of the first soft shell crabs. All these things are reasons to feel optimistic which can often be hard on a grey, wet day, no matter the month.
